Its more serious than you will ever consider and I’d say 90% of the American population overlooks it. The food you eat has everything and anything to do with everything. What you eat (just like your shoes) can tell a lot about you. It can determine the level of pro-activity towards your health and how conscious you are about the environment around you (not to mention, how conscious you are about the environment.)

Over the course of the last two years, I have evolved from someone who never gave it a thought- to someone who cannot stop thinking about it. As a college student, my money runs low- and lately, I’ve found that all I buy are vegetables. Yet I am constantly out of food. (That is it’s own internal problem.)

Now that I am a member of the other 10% of the population—I am more adept to finding those like me. Many friends, and now my family: its wonderful. I’d like to think that I can help that 10% grow and grow. And when I find something like this- I must pass it on.

On my birthday, I had a personal favorite of mine, corn muffins, baked for breakfast.

Which got me to thinking, that corn muffins, like blueberry or lemon-poppy muffins, are delicious.

English muffins are delicious too, in a different way – like with melty peanut butter and or jelly – hell, or marmalade - on them.

But if I go to England and order a muffin, I do not want to receive this:

weak

On the other hand, if I order toast in France and get this:

eggselent

I’ll be a happy man.

For once, France prevails at something.
